纵横向钢筋控制间距施工技术在剪力墙结构中的应用

摘  要:随着城市建设的飞速发展,人民生活水平的逐步提高,国家加快保障性住房的推进,土地资源越来越紧缺,从而促进了城市高层建筑的兴起。然而,在以往高层剪力墙结构中,剪力墙钢筋绑扎时,往往采用画线的做法,即采用石笔在竖向钢筋上用钢卷尺排出水平钢筋间距的做法,这种做法不仅施工速度慢,如果遇到剪力墙较长和层高较高时,且纵横向钢筋规格小,难以保证钢筋绑扎间距。论文采用“钢筋梯”和“钢筋卡”进行剪力墙纵横向钢筋间距控制,不受剪力墙高度及长度的影响,不仅施工速度快、误差小,而且缩短了工期、降低了劳动强度、加大周转材料的重复使用,具有较高的推广应用价值。As our new industry rises,people's living and consumption levels have been continuously improved,all kinds of industrial buildings,large com modity exhibition halls,all kinds of exhibition centers,large-scale venues and other buildings on the ground function and requirements are increasingly high,such as the large area of the ground of these buildings should first meet the resistance to wear,easy to clean the use function,secondly,it should also meet the requirements of penetration resistance,impact resistance,no return of moisture,no static electricity and other use requirements.Large area wear-resistant building ground construction technology,it is a complete set of technology made of highperformance wear-resistant ground with cement as the basic cementing material,it has high density,easy to clean,anti-penetration,anti-oil permeability,anti-impact,anti-wear,no moisture,no static electricity and other properties.
