摘　　要：针对GA398型九单元浆纱机生产工艺的优化,研究着重于节能降耗以及纱线可织性的提升,目的在于增强纱线品质与生产效率。实验结果显示,经过优化的浆纱机在断裂强力、伸长率以及毛羽值方面均表现出显著的提升,这验证了工艺优化对于纱线可织性改善的重要作用。研究旨在为纺织生产质量的提升提供科学依据,并为纺织行业的可持续发展提供新的思路。This study focuses on optimizing the production process of the GA398 nine-unit sizing machine,with particular attention to energy conservation,reduction of consumption,and the enhancement of yarn weaveability.The objective is to improve both the quality of the yarn and production efficiency.Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in the breaking strength,elongation,and hairiness of the yarn after optimization,validating the crucial role of process optimization in enhancing yarn weaveability.This research aims to provide scientific evidence for the improvement of textile production quality and offer new perspectives for the sustainable development of the textile industry.
