摘　　要：文章旨在探讨织物预处理工艺对印花质量的影响。通过实验分析退浆、煮练和漂白三种预处理工艺对织物吸水率、染料吸附性能、冰纹效果及图案清晰度的影响,探究了不同工艺参数对织物性能的具体作用。研究认为,优化的退浆、煮练和漂白工艺显著改善了织物的吸水性、表面均匀性和光洁度,为染料均匀吸附和渗透提供了良好条件,从而提升了印花布的质量与生产效率,同时满足环保要求。This paper aims to investigate the influence of fabric pretreatment processes on print quality.Through experimental analysis,it examines the effects of three pretreatment processes—desizing,scouring,and bleaching—on fabric water absorption,dye adsorption properties,ice pattern effect,and the clarity of the printed design.The study delves into the specific impact of various process parameters on fabric performance.The findings suggest that the optimized desizing,scouring,and bleaching processes markedly enhance the fabric's water absorption,surface uniformity,and smoothness,thereby providing optimal conditions for uniform dye adsorption and penetration.This,in turn,improves both the quality and production efficiency of the printed fabrics while adhering to environmental standards.
