摘  要:为加速金属平板表面液滴更新速率及强化其表面热量的传递,设计一种通过针柱阵列与金属平板接触诱导其表面液滴聚并的方法,通过实验研究不同尺寸针柱阵列与金属平板表面接触前后液滴冷凝的变化情况,分析不同尺寸针柱和不同种类金属平板对液滴冷凝的影响,探究针柱与金属平板接触诱导液滴聚并后清理附近干净区域的面积和直径的变化规律,并对实验过程中冷凝换热系数的变化进行分析。结果表明:随着针柱尺寸与金属平板导热性的增大,金属平板表面冷凝换热系数及诱导液滴聚并后清理附近干净区域的面积和直径增大,针柱尺寸和金属平板导热性对其产生正影响。说明由于针柱的作用,液滴提前发生聚并并清理干净周边区域,增强金属平板表面的换热。In order to accelerate the droplet renewal rate and strengthen heat transfer on the surface of metal plate,a method was designed to induce droplet coalescence on the surface of metal plate by contacting pin arrays.The changes of droplet condensation before and after contact between pin arrays of different sizes and metal plates were experimentally studied.The influence of different sizes of pins and different types of metal plates on the condensation of droplets was analyzed.The change in the area and diameter of clean area near the cleaning area induced by the contact between pin and metal plate was investigated.The variation of the condensation heat transfer coefficient during the experiment was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the size of pin and the thermal conductivity of metal plate,the surface of metal plate condensation heat transfer coefficient and the area and diameter of clean areas near the cleaning area increase,the size of pin and the thermal conductivity of metal plate have positive effect on it.It shows that the droplets coalesce in advance and clean up the surrounding area due to the action of pin,which enhances heat transfer on the surface of metal plate.
