摘　　要：近年,我国政府主导的住房租赁行业快速发展,其中宿舍型的保障性租赁住房作为新生事物,关注基本公共服务人员和灵活就业群体的居住需求,也对保租房设计提出了新要求。文章以外卖骑手为例,通过对现有保障性租赁住房项目和外卖骑手的居住环境现状进行调研,对骑手的居住需求特征进行访谈与问卷调查,针对其对公共空间功能的需求,利用聚类分析构建出用户画像,明确该群体内部的空间需求差异性,提出更加符合用户居住行为特征及需求的宿舍型保障性租赁住房设计策略。In recent years,China's government-led housing rental industry has been developing rapidly,in which dormitory-type rental housing,as a new thing,pays attention to the living needs of basic public service workers and flexible employment groups,and also puts forward new requirements for the design of affordable rental housing.This paper takes takeaway riders as an example,through the research on the existing rental housing projects and the living environment status of takeaway riders,interviews and questionnaires on the characteristics of the riders'living needs,user portrait by using cluster analysis for the functional needs of the public space were constructed,and the differences of the spatial needs of this group were clarified.On this basis,the design strategy of dormitory-type rental housing that is more in line with the characteristics of the users'living behaviors and needs were discussed.
