摘　　要：轨道车辆钩缓系统在线式连挂试验装置主要应用于钩缓系统的测试试验,包括正向连挂、反拉验证、水平摆角、垂向摆角、气密性、电气通断等试验内容。该试验装置由机械系统、电控系统、软件系统构成,同时配套设计车钩运输用L形工装小车,实现了组装完成车钩在线式自动化试验。The online coupling test device for coupler and draft gear of rail vehicles is mainly used for testing coupler and draft gear,including forward coupling,reverse pull verification,horizontal swing angle,vertical swing angle,air tightness,electrical on-off,etc.;The test device is equipped with an L-shaped tooling trolley for transporting couplers and is used for the online automatic test of the assembled couplers.
