凉血五花汤联合西替利嗪治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察凉血五花汤联合西替利嗪治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎(FHDD)临床疗效。方法将我院80例FHDD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用西替利嗪治疗,观察组采用凉血五花汤联合西替利嗪治疗。比较两组临床疗效,反跳现象时间、反跳持续时间,敏感症状、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、皮肤色泽、面积、瘙痒评分,皮肤角质层含水量(SCH)、酸碱度(pH)、经皮水分丢失(TEWL),白介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平及复发率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组反跳现象时间、反跳持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05);两组敏感症状、DLQI评分低于治疗前,观察组敏感症状、DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组皮肤色泽、面积、瘙痒评分低于治疗前,观察组皮肤色泽、面积、瘙痒评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SCH高于治疗前,pH、TEWL低于治疗前,观察组SCH高于对照组,pH、TEWL低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-4、IgE、IL-6、IL-8水平低于治疗前,观察组IL-4、IgE、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凉血五花汤联合西替利嗪治疗FHDD,可改善敏感症状,恢复皮肤屏障功能,降低炎性反应,减少复发。Objective To observe the efficacy of Liangxue Wuhua Decoction combined with cetirizine in treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis(FHDD).Methods Eighty cases of FHDD were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with cetirizine,while observation group was treated with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups,including rebound time,rebound duration,sensitivity symptoms,quality of life index(DLQI),skin color,area,itching score,stratum corneum water content(SCH),pH,transcutaneous water loss(TEWL),interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE),IL-6,and IL-8levels,and recurrence rate were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);observation group had lower rebound time and rebound duration than control group(P<0.05);the sensitivity symptoms and DLQI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the skin color,area,and itching scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of SCH in both groups were higher than before treatment,which was higher in observation group than control group,while pH and TEWL were lower,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4,IgE,IL-6,and IL-8 in both groups were lower than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Wuhua Decoction combined with cetirizine can improve sensitive symptoms,restore skin barrier function,reduce inflammatory reactions,and reduce recurrence in treatment of FHDD.
