连陈汤加味治疗络郁湿阻型肥胖合并高尿酸血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察连陈汤加味治疗络郁湿阻型肥胖合并高尿酸血症(OHU)临床疗效。方法将我院94例络郁湿阻型OHU患者随机分为对照组与观察组各47例。对照组采用生活方式改善治疗观察组采用连陈汤加味治疗。比较两组临床疗效,体重指数(BMI)、脂肪百分率、血尿酸(UA)、右三角肌下缘臂外侧正中(A)右肩胛下角(B),右脐旁3cm(C)右髂前上棘(D)皮下脂肪厚度,中医症状积分,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组BMI、脂肪百分率、UA低于治疗前,观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);两组A~D皮下脂肪厚度均低于治疗前,观察组A~D皮下脂肪厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症状积分均低于治疗前,观察组中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、TG、LDL低于治疗前,观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连陈汤加味治疗络郁湿阻型OHU有显著疗效降低BMI、UA及皮下脂肪厚度,改善临床症状,纠正血脂紊乱。Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Lianchen Decoction in treatment of Luoyu damp-resistant obesity complicated with hyperuricemia(OHU).Methods A total of 94 patients with depressed and damp-resistant OHU were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.Control group was treated with lifestyle modification,while observation group was treated with modified Lianchen Decoction on the basis of control group.The body mass index(BMI),fat percentage,serum uric acid(U A),median arm of the lower edge of the right deltoid muscle(A),right inferior angle of scapula(B),3 cm next to the right umbilicus(C),subcutaneous fat thickness of the right anterior superior iliac spine(D),TCM symptom scores,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);BMI,fat percentage,and UA in both groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the thickness of subcutaneous fat in both groups A~D was lower than that before treatment,which was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);TC,TG,and LDL in both groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Lianchen Decoction combined with lifestyle improvement has significant curative effects in treatment of Luoyu damp-resistant OHU,which can reduce BMI,UA,and subcutaneous fat thickness,improve clinical symptoms,and correct blood lipid disorders.
