消积止咳口服液联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿食积咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消积止咳口服液联合穴位敷贴对食积咳嗽患儿的临床疗效。方法将我院110例食积咳嗽患儿随机分为对照组与观察组各55例。对照组予双歧杆菌四联活菌片、多潘立酮混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予消积止咳口服液、穴位敷贴。比较两组缓解率,中医证候积分,白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、嗜酸性粒细胞(IgE)、白细胞计数(WBC),免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgM、IgG及咳嗽视觉模拟评分(VAS)、莱斯特咳嗽问卷评分(LCQ)。结果治疗后,观察组总缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-6、TNF-α、IgE、WBC水平低于治疗前,观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IgA、IgM、IgG高于治疗前,观察组上述指标高于对照组(P<0.05);两组咳嗽VAS评分低于治疗前,咳嗽LCQ评分高于治疗前,观察组咳嗽VAS评分低于对照组,咳嗽LCQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消积止咳口服液、穴位敷贴治疗食积咳嗽患儿有效,改善中医证候,减轻炎症,抗过敏,增强免疫功能,缓解咳嗽。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with acupoint application in children with food accumulation cough.Methods A total of 110 children with food accumulation cough were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.Control group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple active bacterial tablets and domperidone suspension,while observation group was given Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid and acupoint application on the basis of control group.The remission rates,TCM syndrome scores,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),eosinophils(IgE),white blood cell count(WBC),immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgM,and IgG,cough Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the remission rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IgE,and WBC in both groups were lower than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG in both groups were higher than before treatment,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the VAS scores for cough in both groups were lower than before treatment,while the LCQ scores for cough were higher,and the above indicators were superior in observation group to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with acupoint application is effective in treating children with food accumulation cough,which can improve TCM symptoms,reduce inflammation,anti allergy,enhance immune function,and relieve cough.
