摘　　要：为探讨反事实思维对建筑工人安全行为的作用机制,通过理论分析和文献研究提出假设模型。采用反事实思维量表、安全知识量表、风险感知量表和安全行为量表,随机抽取398名建筑工人进行调查,通过SPSS和AMOS分析验证假设模型。结果显示:反事实思维对建筑工人安全行为具有显著的正向影响;安全知识和风险感知在反事实思维与建筑工人安全行为间不仅分别起独立中介作用,还共同发挥了链式中介作用。研究表明,增加反事实思维,提高建筑工人安全知识水平和风险感知能力可有效提高安全行为,减少安全事故。This paper aims to explore and analyze the influence mechanism of counterfactual thinking on the safety behavior of construction workers following negative safety incidents.Through theoretical analysis and a comprehensive literature review,this study introduces two intermediary variables:safety knowledge and risk perception.This culminates in the development of a hypothetical model that encapsulates the interrelationships among counterfactual thinking,safety knowledge,risk perception,and safety behaviors.The cognitive recovery and personal development of construction workers following negative safety incidents have become a central focus in academic research.In response to this,our study employs a stratified random sampling approach,conducting surveys among 398 construction workers in the Sichuan and Shandong provinces.The questionnaire includes scales designed to evaluate counterfactual thinking,safety knowledge,risk perception,and safety behavior,thereby collecting a comprehensive set of data samples.We utilize statistical analysis software packages SPSS and AMOS to validate the proposed hypothetical model.The empirical findings indicate a statistically significant positive correlation between safety behaviors and counterfactual thinking among construction workers.Counterfactual thinking exerts not only a direct impact on safety behaviors but also indirect influences through three distinct pathways:the independent mediating role of safety knowledge,the independent mediating role of risk perception,and the sequential mediating effect of both safety knowledge and risk perception in the relationship between counterfactual thinking and safety behaviors.This indicates that counterfactual thinking enhances individuals'safety knowledge and increases their risk awareness,thereby promoting the adoption of safer behavioral patterns.Consequently,strengthening the counterfactual thinking of construction workers,along with improving their levels of safety knowledge and risk perception,can effectively enhance their safety be
