铝合金板带表面清洗工艺研究及应用

摘　　要：分析了铝合金板带的应用前景,提出采用“三碱洗+一水洗+一酸洗+三水洗”的8级清洗的清洗工艺。叙述了各级清洗的工作原理、功能及各段的设备布置;对核心工艺进行研究,指出清洗液浓度、清洗液温度、喷嘴喷射压力及清洗时间是影响清洗效果的关键因素,并重点对温度参数进行了探讨。在核心工艺下,采用两种清洗剂对铝合金板带进行清洗,去除了铝合金板带表面的油污、铝粉,激活了铝合金板带表层,达到出光,提高涂层表面附着力,达到了清洗要求,生产出合格的涂层产品,此清洗工艺为铝合金板带的连续清洗提供了技术支撑。This paper briefly introduces the application prospect of aluminum alloy strip,and puts forward the 8-stage cleaning process of“three alkali washing and one water washing and one acid washing and three water washing”.The working principle and function of each level of cleaning are introduced in detail,and the equipment layout of each section is described.The core process is studied,and it is pointed out that the concentration of cleaning liquid,the temperature of cleaning liquid,the spray pressure of nozzle and the cleaning time are the key factors affecting the cleaning effect.Under the core process,two kinds of cleaning agents are used to clean the aluminum alloy plate and strip,remove the oil and aluminum powder on the surface of the aluminum alloy plate and strip,activate the surface of the aluminum alloy plate and strip,achieve light,improve the adhesion of the coating surface,meet the cleaning requirements,and produce qualified coating products.The application of this cleaning process provides technical support for the continuous cleaning of the aluminum alloy plate and strip.
