强化研磨靶射距离对GCr15摩擦磨损性能影响的实验研究

摘  要:为了研究强化研磨靶射距离对GCr15轴承钢摩擦磨损性能的影响,对不同靶射距离(90 mm和150 mm)加工后的GCr15轴承钢进行了摩擦磨损实验。结果表明:经过强化研磨处理后的GCr15轴承钢表面摩擦性能得到改善;靶射距离为150 mm的轴承钢样品虽然摩擦性能得到改善,但是其稳定磨损阶段摩擦系数波动范围与未经强化研磨处理的摩擦系数波动范围相当,均为0.075,而靶射距离为90 mm的轴承钢,在稳定磨损阶段的摩擦系数波动范围仅为0.03,因此靶射距离为90 mm的样品摩擦性能更好;磨损性能亦是靶射距离为90 mm的样品更好;随着强化研磨靶射距离的增大,GCr15轴承钢摩擦磨损性能刚开始时越来越优异,但随着靶射距离的继续增大,GCr15轴承钢摩擦磨损性能将逐渐变恶劣,因此为了得到摩擦磨损性能更好的GCr15轴承钢,靶射距离可以在60~120 mm区间取值。To investigate the effect of enhanced grinding target distance on the friction and wear properties of GCr15 bearing steel,friction and wear experiments were conducted on GCr15 bearing steel processed at different target distances(90 mm and 150 mm)using a friction testing machine model M2000.The results indicate that the surface friction performance of GCr15 bearing steel has been improved after strengthened grinding treatment.Although the friction performance of the bearing steel sample with a target shooting distance of 150 mm has been improved,the fluctuation range of the friction coefficient during the stable wear stage is comparable to that of the friction coefficient without strengthened grinding treatment,both of which are 0.075.However,the fluctuation range of the friction coefficient during the stable wear stage of the bearing steel sample with a target shooting distance of 90 mm is only 0.03.Therefore,the friction performance of the sample with a target shooting distance of 90 mm is better.The wear performance is also better for samples with a target shooting distance of 90 mm;With the increase of the enhanced grinding target distance,the friction and wear performance of GCr15 bearing steel initially becomes increasingly excellent.However,as the target distance continues to increase,the friction and wear performance of GCr15 bearing steel will gradually deteriorate.Therefore,in order to obtain GCr15 bearing steel with better friction and wear performance,the target distance can be taken in the range of 60-120 mm.
