摘 要:为了降低烧结配矿成本,太钢采用FMG混合粉代替原用的杨迪粉。分析了FMG混合粉与杨迪粉的化学成分、粒度组成、颗粒形貌等理化性能,并通过FMG混合粉替代杨迪(YD)粉的烧结杯试验和工业试验,分析烧结矿的冶金性能和矿相品质。试验结果表明,配用15%FMG混合粉代替杨迪粉,烧结料层透气性稍有变差,烧结矿物理性能指标呈下降趋势,但烧结矿SiO_(2)含量下降,铁品位升高,总体其产量、质量指标能够满足超大型高炉的生产需要。To reduce the cost of sintering ore blending,Taiyuan Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd(TISCO)adopted FMG blend fines to replace the previously used Yandi Fines.The article analyzed the chemical composition,particle size composition,particle morphology and other physicochemical properties of FMG blend fines and Yangdi(YD)fines,and through the sinter pot test and industrial test,the metallurgical properties and mineral phase quality of sinter ore were analyzed when using FMG blend fines instead of YD fines.The experimental results show that using 15%FMG blend fines instead of Yangdi fines,the permeability of the sintered material layer slightly decreased,and the physical performance indicators of the sintered ore showed a downward trend.Nevertheless,the SiO_(2) content of the sintered ore declines and the iron content rises.On the whole,its output and quality indicators can satisfy the production requirements of super-large blast furnace.
