摘 要:为满足新一代高精密铂合金电极的生产需求,通过热处理工艺参数的调节对铂合金颗粒的微观粒径、形态及晶面等进行了调控,优化了电极的微纳结构,研究温度对合金高指数晶面的诱发作用。对单电极的电性能进行表征,结合相关的活性及动力学数学模型,计算了相应的铂合金电极的质量活性和比活性,结果显示,热处理700℃得到的铂合金表现出的活性最高(0.71 A/mg Pt和0.32 mA/cm^(2))。同时,为确保优异传质质量和高稳定性电极的开发,对电极的复合工艺参数进行了调节,采用了逐层旋转喷涂的处理手段,完善了高效铂合金电极的成形制造,确保了整体电性能的提升,最终得到的铂合金电极表现出较高的功率密度(231 mW/cm^(2))。To meet the production requirements of a new generation of high-precision platinum alloy electrodes,the micro-size,morphology and crystal face of platinum alloy particles were regulated by adjusting the heat treatment process parameters.The micro-nano structure of the electrodes was optimized fundamentally,and the induction effect of temperature on the high-index crystal face of the alloy was clarified.The electrical properties of the single electrode were characterized,and the mass and specific activities of the platinum alloy electrode were calculated according to the relevant activity and kinetic mathematical model.The results showed that the platinum alloy obtained by heat treatment at 700℃showed the highest activity(0.71 A/mg Pt and 0.32 mA/cm^(2)).At the same time,in order to ensure the development of excellent mass transfer quality and high stability electrode,the composite process parameters of the electrode were adjusted,and the treatment method of layer by layer rotating spraying was adopted to improve the forming and manufacturing of the efficient platinum alloy electrode and ensure the improvement of the overall electrical performance.The resulting platinum alloy electrode showed a high power density(231 mW/cm^(2)).
