摘 要:由于泡沫铝具有良好的力学性能,与铝板复合后性能大幅提升。为了研究三点弯曲作用下,泡沫铝复合板内部微观结构及损伤变化特征,采用热熔胶作为连接介质,进行铝基面板和泡沫铝的复合。对泡沫铝复合板进行三点弯曲试验,并对试验中的不同阶段使用工业CT进行扫描,以得到相对应的三维模型,以此来分析泡沫铝复合板的损伤演变过程。结果表明,在弯曲过程中,胞体的溃缩、劈裂和侧向挤压三种损伤形式同时存在。Due to the good mechanical properties of foam aluminum,the performance is greatly improved after compositing with aluminum plate.To study the internal microstructure and damage characteristics of aluminum foam composite plate under three-point bending,hot melt adhesive is used as the connecting medium to composite the aluminum base panel and foam aluminum.Three-point bending test is carried out on foam aluminum composite plate,and industrial CT scanning is used in different stages of the test to obtain corresponding three-dimensional models,so as to analyze the damage evolution process of aluminum foam composite plate.The results indicate that during the bending process,three forms of damage to the cell body,namely collapse,splitting,and lateral extrusion,exist simultaneously.
