摘 要:通过对齿轮分配箱断轴的断口形貌、材料的化学成分、机械性能及金相组织的检测与分析,发现齿轮轴断口形貌属于脆性断裂,机械性能低于设计要求,内部组织存在偏析、夹杂物较多、组织不够致密的问题。在此基础上对后续齿轮轴的制造工艺提出了改进意见,包括控制有害元素含量和非金属夹杂物数量,保证坯料锻造比,改善预热处理工艺和控制渗碳后淬火温度和冷却速度等,为后续齿轮轴的加工制造工艺提供了借鉴。In the paper,the fracture morphology,chemical composition,mechanical properties and metallographic organization of the broken pinion shaft of the gear distribution box are tested and analyzed.It is found that the fracture morphology of the pinion shaft is brittle fracture,the mechanical properties are lower than the design requirements,and the internal organization has the problems of segregation,high inclusions,and insufficiently dense organization.On this basis,improvement suggestions are made for the subsequent pinion shaft manufacturing process,including controlling the content of harmful elements and the number of non-metallic inclusions,ensuring the billet forging ratio,improving the preheating treatment process and controlling the quenching temperature and cooling speed after carburizing.This paper provides a reference for the manufacturing process of subsequent pinion shafts.
