摘 要:采用硫酸洗涤法从甲基萘馏分中分离吲哚,检测了不同质量分数的硫酸对喹啉、吲哚提取率和收率的影响以及加入相转移催化剂聚乙二醇后对吲哚提取率和收率的影响,得到最佳的分离条件。根据检测结果设计相转移法从甲基萘馏分中分离精制吲哚的操作流程并得到粗吲哚,对粗吲哚精馏精制,得到纯度大于98%的吲哚产品。Indole was separated from methylnaphthalene fractions by sulfuric acid washing method.The effects of different mass fractions of sulfuric acid on the extraction rate and yield of quinoline and indole were investigated.The effect of sulfuric acid mass fraction on the extraction rate and yield of indole after the addition of phase transfer catalyst polyethylene glycol was investigated.The optimum separation conditions were obtained.According to the detection results,the operation process of separating and refining indole from methylnaphthalene fractions by phase transfer method was designed,and crude indole was refined by distillation to obtain indole products with purity greater than 98%.
