基于自动蒸馏技术的石油产品闭口闪点快速测定方法的研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种基于自动蒸馏技术的石油产品闭口闪点快速测定方法。该快速测定方法通过建立石油产品闭口闪点与馏程之间的关联模型,结合自动蒸馏技术得到的初馏点(IBP)、5%馏出温度和10%馏出温度,计算得到石油产品的闭口闪点值。实验结果表明,该闭口闪点快速测定方法能够很好地满足石油产品闭口闪点测试的要求,提高了闭口闪点测试的准确性、快捷性以及测试过程的安全性。A method for rapid determination of closed flash point of petroleum products based on automatic distillation technology was introduced.This rapid determination method establishes a correlation model between the closed flash point of petroleum products and the distillation range,and combines the initial boiling point(IBP),5% distillation temperature and 10% distillation temperature obtained from the automatic distillation technology to calculate closed flash point value.The experimental results show that the rapid determination of closed flash point can well meet the requirements of closed flash point testing of petroleum products,and improve the accuracy,speed and safety of the closed flash point testing.
