摘  要:为了提高洗衣液冷水清洗的效果,将具有润湿反转能力的伯烷基磺酸钠(PAS80)与阳离子Gemini型氧化铵复配,通过减弱表面活性剂之间的正负电荷的斥力,提高表面活性剂相互排列的紧密度,降低各种污垢从纤维表面剥离的黏附功,通过实验确定了洗衣液最优配方。结果表明:在PAS80用量0.9 g·L^(-1)、氧化铵用量0.1 g·L^(-1)、无磷助洗剂乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠(EDDHA-Na)用量0.5 g·L^(-1)时,洗衣液在15℃冷水条件下即可获得优异的洗涤和防串色效果,在节约能源的同时,有效避免高温热水洗涤所固有的掉色、纤维受损、缩水等问题。In order to improve the cold water washing effect of laundry liquid,sodium primary alkyl sulfonate(PAS-80) with wetting reversal ability was compounded with cationic Gemini ammonium oxide.By weakening the repulsion of positive and negative charges between surfactants,the compactness of surfactant arrangement was improved,and the adhesion work of all kinds of dirt stripping from fiber surface was reduced.the optimal formula of laundry detergent was determined through experiments.The results showed that,under the conditions of PAS80 dosage of 0.9 g·L^(-1),ammonium oxide dosage of 0.1 g·L^(-1) and builder EDDHA-Na dosage of 0.5 g·L^(-1),excellent washing and anti-cross-color effects were obtained under the condition of cold water at 15 ℃,which could not only save energy,but also effectively avoid the problems such as fading,fiber damage and shrinkage inherent in high-temperature hot water washing.
