摘 要:近年来,随着气候变化日益紧迫,碳捕集利用与封存(CCUS)、碳移除(CDR)等碳管理技术作为实现碳中和目标不可或缺的关键技术,受到各国广泛关注。美国在CCUS等碳管理政策制定、技术研发、集群示范等方面构建了较为成熟的政策框架和技术体系,促进了碳管理技术快速规模化、产业化发展,牵头发起多个碳管理领域多边机制。该文通过梳理美国碳管理现状,分析当前碳管理技术发展态势,提出未来技术发展建议。In the face of the escalating urgency of climate change,carbon management technologies,such as Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage(CCUS)and Carbon Dioxide Removal(CDR)have emerged as critical tools for nations worldwide in their pursuit of carbon neutrality.The United States stands at the forefront of this domain,leading globally in carbon management policy formulation,technology research and development,cluster demonstration,etc.The United States has established a relatively mature policy framework and technical system,promoted the rapid scaling and industrialization,and initiated numerous multilateral initiatives in the field of carbon management.This article aims to provide an overview of the status of carbon management in the United States,analyze the trends in technology evolution,and put forward suggestions for future technology development.
