摘  要:炼油催化裂化装置产生的烟气脱硫脱硝废水,常因COD排放、pH、氨氮、SS超标威胁污水总外排口稳定达标。通过上下游联动加强沟通,源头采取pH控制、调整加药量、对高密度澄清池安排检修和排泥置换、更换滤袋以及在余热锅炉检修时加强调整等措施;污水处理末端采取应急减负荷,水量平衡,加强监控,增加应急流程氧化氨氮,以及后续进行提标改造优化,确保了污水处理装置外排达标。该文对脱硫脱硝废水源头预处理和废水处理发生问题进行分析,并提出措施,为设计、运行人员提供了有益参考。The discharge of COD,pH,ammonia nitrogen and SS from flue gas desulfurization and denitrification wastewater in FCC unit often exceeds the operation index of the downstream wastewater treatment upgrading unit,threatening the stability of the total effluent outlet to reach the standard.Through the upstream and downstream make more communication,and take measures such as,control the pH control,adjustment of dosing,maintenance and mud replacement for the high-density clarifier arrangements,replacement of filter bags and when the waste heat boiler maintenance measures to strengthen adjustment in the source;at the end of wastewater treatment,reducing the load reduction,water balance,more monitoring,and ammonia nitrogen oxidation and subsequent bid-raising and modification optimization are adopted,to ensure the target of discharge.This article analyzes the problems in the pretreatment of desulfurization and denitrification wastewater sources and wastewater treatment,and proposes measures to provide useful reference for design and operation personnel.
