摘  要:某公司甲醛装置产品收率较低,醇耗偏高。经分析主要是甲醇雾化效果差、吸收塔三段温度高、风机频繁故障导致甲醛装置异常停车、催化剂装填方式陈旧等原因造成。通过对装置进行系列改造和优化、改造吸收塔,使甲醇单耗降至0.611 t/t。甲醛收率提升的同时,甲醛催化剂的使用时间也由540天延长至730天,为后续扩产打下坚实基础。甲醛作为1,4-丁二醇(BDO)的主要原料,在目前BDO行业整体低迷的情况下,甲醛收率提升及催化剂使用周期延长,可节约费用约500万元/年,为公司扭亏脱困做出重要贡献。The company's formaldehyde plant had a relatively low product yield,and the methanol consumptio was high.After thorough analysis,the main reasons identified were poor methanol atomization,high temperatures in the third section of the absorption tower,frequent malfunctions of the fan leading to abnormal shutdowns of the formaldehyde plant,and outdated catalyst loading methods.To address these issues,the company embarked on a series of improvements,including modifying the atomizer and optimizing its operational parameters to enhance methanol atomization,renovating the absorption tower to lower temperatures in its third section,upgrading the fan to reduce plant startups and shutdowns,and optimizing the catalyst loading method to improve reaction efficiency.As a result,the methanol consumption rate was reduced to 0.611 tons per ton of formaldehyde produced.Concurrently,the enhancement in formaldehyde yield also extended the service life of the formaldehyde catalyst from 540 days to 730 days,laying a solid foundation for future expansion plans.Amid the current sluggish performance of the entire BDO industry,the improved formaldehyde yield and extended catalyst lifespan have translated into annual cost savings of approximately million yuan,significantly contributing to the company's efforts to turn around its financial situation and achieve profitability.
