摘　　要：在线分析仪表是安装在工业现场并自动连续分析产品质量的一类仪器,在流程行业有着广泛应用,涉及安全环保、过程控制、生产优化等多个方面。但在国内,长期以来在线分析仪表在不同企业间应用差别较大,整体上应用水平较低。因此,如何利用互联网和数字化技术,提高在线分析仪表管理水平,使其成为“第五类常规仪表”并纳入闭环控制和实现深化应用,意义重大。本研究在分析石油化工行业在线分析仪表应用特点和管理需求的基础上,对在线分析仪表全生命周期数字化管理的技术进行探索和实践,设计并开发在线分析仪表监控与管理系统,实践结果表明该系统可以实现在线分析仪表全生命周期专业化和精细化管理的目标。Online analytical instruments are a class of instruments that are installed on industrial sites and automatically and continuously analyze product quality.They are widely used in the process industry.In the production process,safety and environmental protection,process control,production optimization and other aspects require online analytical instruments to play their full part.However,in China,for a long time,the application of online analyzers is very different,and the overall application level is low.Therefore,how to use the Internet and digital technology to improve the management level of online analytical instruments,make them become the“The fifth type of conventional instruments”and incorporate them into closed-loop control to achieve deepened applications is of great significance.Based on the analysis of the application characteristics and management requirements of online analyzers in the petrochemical industry,this paper explores and practices the digital management of online analyzers throughout the life cycle,designs and develops online analyzer monitoring and management systems.The results of practical show that the online analyzer monitoring and management system can achieve the business needs of professional and refined management of the online analyzer’s full life cycle.
