摘　　要：透析患者罹患感染性疾病的风险增加,适时为透析患者接种疫苗是获得疫苗保护和降低感染性疾病风险的关键。但透析患者对疫苗的免疫应答水平较低,且透析治疗可能对血清抗体造成损耗,抗体水平随着时间推移比健康人下降更快。透析患者接种疫苗的种类和免疫程序可能与健康人有所差别。本文旨在总结国内外透析患者疫苗接种相关的临床研究进展,为中国透析患者疫苗接种实践提供参考。Dialysis patients have an increased risk of infectious diseases.Appropriate vaccination is critical for dialysis patients to obtain protection against vaccine preventable infectious diseases.However,dialysis patients have low immune responses to vaccines and dialysis may deplete serum antibodies,leading to rapid declines in antibody levels compared with healthy individuals.Vaccine types and immunization schedules for dialysis patients may differ from healthy individuals.In this article,we summarize advances in domestic and international clinical research of vaccination of dialysis patients to provide reference for vaccination practices in China.
