摘　　要：为实现2035远景目标提出的农业现代化目标。采用河南省县级市面板数据,运用门槛效应模型,实证分析了农业现代化对农业劳动生产率的影响。研究表明,农业现代化提高了农业劳动生产率。基准回归分析表明,农业现代化对农业劳动生产率存在显著的作用。通过门槛效应分析,当以农业现代化作为门槛变量时,农业现代化对农业劳动生产率是存在单一门槛效应模型的,农业现代化只有高于门槛值时才会对农业劳动生产率的提高有影响。以经济发展水平作为门槛变量时,经济发展水平对农业劳动生产率是存在双重门槛效应模型的,对农业劳动生产率的提升有积极作用。所以,提高河南省各县农业劳动生产率需要提升农业现代化,并根据经济的水平进行相应的建议。The agricultural modernization goal proposed to achieve the 2035 long-term goal.This article uses panel data from county-level cities in Henan Province and employs a threshold effect model to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural modernization on agricultural labor productivity.Research has shown that agricultural modernization has improved agricultural labor productivity.Benchmark regression analysis shows that agricultural modernization has a significant impact on agricultural labor productivity.Through threshold effect analysis,when agricultural modernization is used as a threshold variable,there exists a single threshold effect model for the impact of agricultural modernization on agricultural labor productivity.Agricultural modernization only has an impact on the improvement of agricultural labor productivity when it is above the threshold value.When using the level of economic development as a threshold variable,there exists a dual threshold effect model for the impact of economic development on agricultural labor productivity,which has a positive effect on the improvement of agricultural labor productivity.Therefore,improving agricultural labor productivity in various counties of Henan Province requires enhancing agricultural modernization and making corresponding suggestions based on the level of the economy.
