摘　　要：在全球经济一体化加速与新技术革命兴起的双重背景下,山东省凭借其优越的地理位置、独特的资源禀赋及稳固的产业基础,成功孕育了多个现代优势产业集群。从区域产业特色、成长环境优化、动态创新能力、竞争合作机制及网络结构优势等五方面,深入剖析了山东产业集群核心竞争力的构建机制,提出了针对性的政策建议,旨在为山东省乃至全国其他地区的产业布局优化与产业集群升级提供理论支撑与实践指导,助力经济高质量发展。In the dual context of accelerating global economic integration and the rise of the new technological revolution,Shandong Province has successfully cultivated multiple modern advantageous industrial clusters,leveraging its superior geographical location,unique resource endowments,and solid industrial foundation.This paper delves into the mechanisms underpinning the core competitiveness of Shandong's industrial clusters from five perspectives:regional industrial characteristics,optimization of the growth environment,dynamic innovation capabilities,competitive cooperation mechanisms,and network structural advantages.Building on this analysis,targeted policy recommendations are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimization of industrial layouts and the upgrading of industrial clusters in Shandong Province and beyond,thereby contributing to high-quality economic development.
