摘  要:采用高效液相色谱仪建立了一种同时测定25%吡唑酯·乙嘧酯微乳剂(ME)中有效成分含量的定性定量分析方法,旨在为该产品生产提供技术支撑。结果表明,在紫外检测器和Shim-pack GIS C18不锈钢色谱柱,以甲醇-冰乙酸水溶液为流动相(体积比为75:25),检测波长为275 nm等色谱条件下,乙嘧酚磺酸酯和吡唑醚菌酯的分离度好,线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9998,相对标准偏差分别为0.14%、0.25%;平均回收率分别为99.22%、99.56%。该方法简单高效、分离效果好、精密度和准确度良好,可应用于25%吡唑酯·乙嘧酯ME产品的定量分析。A qualitative and quantitative analysis method for simultaneous determination of the active ingredient in bupirimate·pyraclostrobin 25%ME was established by HPLC,aiming to provide technical support for the production of this product.The results showed that under the chromatographic conditions of UV detector and Shim-pack GIS C18 stainless steel column,methanol-glacial acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase(volume ratio of 75:25),and detection wavelength of 275 nm,the separation of bupirimate and pyraclostrobin was good,with linear correlation coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9998,respectively,and relative standard deviations of 0.14%and 0.25%,respectively;the average recoveries were 99.22%and 99.56%,respectively.This method is simple and efficient,with good separation effect,precision and accuracy,and can be applied to the quantitative analysis of bupirimate·pyraclostrobin 25%ME products.
