摘　　要：在全球科技革命和产业变革加速演进的大背景下,石英产业作为战略性产业,其高端化发展日益受到关注和重视。长江流域作为中国经济社会发展的重要区域,具备丰富的石英资源和产业基础,探讨长江流域石英产业的高端化发展以及推动硅资源高质高效利用,对于提升我国在全球石英产业链中的地位,增强石英产业国际竞争力,以及促进区域经济的协调发展和产业结构的优化升级,具有重要的实践和战略意义。本文通过梳理长江流域硅资源的分布、石英产业高端化发展背景、产业现状,分析了长江流域石英产业链上下游问题与高端化发展需求,对比国内外石英产业应用与发展经验,解析制约产业高端化发展的瓶颈问题,探讨了促进长江流域石英产业高端化发展的有效路径,并提出了相应的战略对策,冀能为政府部门、企业和研究机构制定石英产业高端化发展政策和战略提供理论和方法参考。Under the background of the global scientific and technological revolution and the accelerating evolution of industrial change,the high-end development of quartz industry as a strategic industry has attracted increasing attention and attention.As an important region for China’s economic and social development,the Yangtze River Basin has rich quartz resources and industrial foundation.To explore the high-end development of quartz industry in the Yangtze River Basin and promote the high-quality and efficient utilization of silicon resources will help improve China’s position in the global quartz industry chain and enhance the international competitiveness of quartz industry.It is of great practical and strategic significance to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.By sorting out the distribution of silicon resources in the Yangtze River basin,the background of high-end development of quartz industry,and the status quo of the industry,this paper analyzes the upstream and downstream problems of quartz industry chain in the Yangtze River Basin and the demand for high-end development,compares the application and development experience of quartz industry at home and abroad,deeply analyzes the bottleneck problems restricting the high-end development of the industry,and discusses the effective path to promote the high-end development of quartz industry in the Yangtze River Basin.And put forward the corresponding strategic response,to provide theoretical and methodical reference for government departments,enterprises and research institutions to formulate high-end development policies and strategies of quartz industry.
