摘　　要：关于现代化产业体系建设如何影响中国出口技术复杂度问题,现有研究侧重从单个要素角度进行分析,但忽略了现代化产业体系要素之间的相互作用。基于系统要素间相互作用的视角,分析现代化产业体系要素对出口产品技术复杂度的协同作用机理,并利用中国省级地区面板数据进行了实证检验。研究发现,现代化产业体系四大要素均显著提升了出口技术复杂度,而且实体经济扩张显著提高了科技创新、人力资本与金融发展的正向作用,即说明实体经济和科技创新、人力资本、金融发展等要素之间具有协同效应。研究结论不仅为建设和发展现代化产业体系的习近平经济思想提供了理论和经验支持,而且对中国实现贸易高质量发展、迈向全球价值链中高端具有政策参考价值。How does the building of modern industrial system affect export technological sophistication?Extant research focus on the effect of single elements,but ignores the interaction among the elements of modern industrial system.This paper analyzes the interactive mechanism of the elements in modern industrial system on the export technological sophistication,measures the export technological sophistication after deducting the import of processing trade,and uses the panel data of China’s provinces to conduct empirical test.The results show that the elements of modern industrial system such as real economy significantly promotes the export technological sophistication,and the real economy also expands the positive effect of technological innovation,human capital and financial development on the export technological sophistication,which indicates that the real economy and technological innovation,human capital,and financial development have significant synergistic effects.The findings provide theoretical explanation and empirical support for the new ideas of building modern industrial system,and it also has policy reference value for improving export technological sophistication and promoting the upgrading of China’s industries in global value chains.
