摘　　要：大学生承载着祖国的未来和民族的希望,是中国特色社会主义伟大事业的建设者和接班人。进入新时代,随着党的建设伟大工程的深入推进,加强大学生廉洁教育,对于促进学生健康成长,确保党和人民事业薪火相传具有特殊而深远的意义。围绕全面从严治党战略布局,以加强和改进新形势下大学生思想政治工作为切入点,从价值、要素、实践三个维度,对新时代大学生廉洁教育的重要意义、目标定位、内涵构成、长效机制等方面进行系统阐述,提出大学生廉洁教育的优化路径和改进措施,为大学生廉洁意识培养和校园廉洁文化建设提供有益借鉴。University students bearing the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation,are the builders and successors of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,with the deepening of the great project of the Party building,strengthening the in-corruption education of university students has special and far-reaching significance to improve the healthy growth of the students and ensure the inheritance of the cause of the Party and the people from generation to generation.Focusing on the overall strategic layout of strict Party governance and starting from strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of students in the new age,this paper systematically expounds the important significance,the target orientation,connotation composition and long-term mechanism in the new era with three dimensions which are value,elements and practice.Furthermore this research puts forward the optimizing path and measures of improvement for university students’incorruption education.Meanwhile,it also provides useful reference for the cultivation of students’incorruption consciousness and the construction of campus incorruption culture.
