我国虫媒病毒研究现状:基于文献计量法分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在通过检索中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)和PubMed中虫媒病毒相关研究的文献,分析我国虫媒病毒研究的现状。方法采用文献计量学方法,对CNKI和PubMed数据库收录的虫媒病毒相关文献的发表年份、来源期刊、作者、产出机构、资助基金、研究方向及引用情况进行综合分析。结果自1945年起,至2023年止我国关于虫媒病毒的研究文献共计2632篇。文章发表机构以中国疾病预防控制中心、国家级科研机构和著名大学为主,可分为两个合作群体。国内共有608种期刊发表过虫媒病毒相关文章,英文杂志有160种。其中引用量排名前10的期刊中有5种为北大核心期刊。我国虫媒病毒研究的作者群体分为两类,排名前10的作者共发表了383篇论文。资助基金主要来自国家自然科学基金、国家高技术研究发展计划和国家重点研发计划,显示出国家对虫媒病毒研究的高度重视。文献共现分析揭示了四类主要研究热点:以虫媒病毒为核心从整体分析其传播媒介、感染人群和时空分布特征;乙型脑炎病毒相关的病原学机制、感染与免疫、疫苗研究;虫媒病毒的流行病学研究、致病机制、疫情暴发、监测与诊断;虫媒病毒系统进化和分子生物学研究。结论我国虫媒病毒的研究主要集中在分子生物学、病原学、致病机制、流行病学等方面,在检测技术、疫苗研制以及虫媒病毒共感染研究这三个方面仍需进一步加强。Objective This study aimed to evaluate current state of arbovirus research in China through a comprehensive review of literature sourced from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed databases.Methods A bibliometric method was utilized to analyze the various aspect of arbovirus-related publications indexed in the CNKI and PubMed databases,including publication year,source journals,authorship,institutional affiliations,funding sources,research focus,citation metrics,and other relevant data.Results Since 1945,a total of 2632 articles on arboviruses have been published as of 2023.The primary publishing institutions include Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,research institutes in China,and prestigious universities,which can be categorized into two groups.A total of 608 journals have published arbovirus-related articles in China,with the top 10 journals including five that are part of the A Guide to the Core Journals of China.Additionally,160 journals have published arbovirus-related articles in English.The analysis identified two distinct groups of authors on arbovirus research in China,with the top 10 authors collectively publishing 383 papers.The predominant funding sources include the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China,and the National Key R&D Program,highlighting the state′s high priority on arboviruses research.Co-occurrence analysis of the literature revealed four major research hotspots:analysis of the transmission vectors,individuals with arbovirus infection,and spatiotemporal distribution of arboviruses as a whole;pathogenic mechanisms,infection and immunity,and vaccine research related to Japanese encephalitis virus;epidemiological studies,pathogenesis,outbreak investigations,monitoring,and diagnostics of arboviruses;studies on phylogenetic evolution and molecular biological research.Conclusions Research on arboviruses in China mainly primarily focuses on molecular biology,etiology,pathogene
