体育强国背景下我国新兴体育项目进校园的时代价值、现实困境与推进策略

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,阐述了新兴体育项目进校园的时代价值及当前面临的现实困境,并据此提出有效推进策略。结果显示:新兴体育项目进校园的价值:满足学生多元体育需求,丰富学校体育育人内涵,增加学校声誉、打造校园特色,培养新兴体育项目后备人才。但仍存在许多困境:资金投入不够,项目实施受限制;政策不足和制度构建不完善;教师配置有限,缺乏专业教师指导;家长支持力度不够,缺乏项目认知度。针对以上问题提出推进策略:加强多元合作与资源共享,加强政策引导与制度建设,加快人才培养与专业发展,强化家校沟通与合作机制,以促进新兴体育项目在学校体育中更好更快发展。By using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper expounds the value of the times and the current predicament of the emerging sports into the campus,and puts forward effective promotion strategies accordingly.The results show that the value of new sports into the campus includes meeting the students’diversified sports needs,enriching the connotation of school sports education,increasing school reputation,building campus characteristics,and cultivating new sports reserve talents.But there are still many difficulties:insufficient funding and limited project implementation;insufficient policy support and system construction;lack of teacher allocation and professional teacher guidance;insufficient parental support and lack of awareness of the project.In response to the above problems,the promotion strategy is proposed:deepen diversified cooperation and resource sharing,strengthen policy guidance and system construction,accelerate personnel training and professional development,and strengthen communication and cooperation mechanism between home and school,so as to promote the better and faster development of emerging sports in school sports.
