摘　　要：白癜风是临床上常见的色素脱失性皮肤病,属于维医“白病”范畴,因皮肤黑素细胞遭受破坏,出现白斑,难治、易复发为其特点,发病机制也尚不明确。维医学在治疗白癜风上具有独特的治疗方法,近年来因维医治疗白癜风疗效显著,不良反应较小,备受各界专家的关注。本文通过查阅大量文献,概述了白癜风的病因病机以及整理维医治疗白癜风的方法和手段,着重介绍维医辩证分型、维药复方、维成药以及维医特色治疗白癜风。Vitiligo is a common depigmented skin disease in clinical practice,which belongs to the category of"white disease"in traditional Uyghur medicine.Due to the destruction of melanocytes in the skin,white spots appear,which are difficult to treat and easy to relapse.Traditional Uyghur medicine has a unique therapeutic method in the treatment of vitiligo.In recent years,due to the remarkable curative effect of traditional Uyghur medicine in the treatment of vitiligo,the side effects are less.which has attracted the attention of experts from all walks of life.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo and the methods and means of traditional Uyghur medicine treatment of vitiligo were summarized by referring to a large number of literatures.
