方钢管自燃煤矸石混凝土柱轴压性能研究

摘  要:探究方钢管自燃煤矸石混凝土短柱的轴压性能,推广大宗固废自燃煤矸石在建筑工程中的应用。选取辽宁阜新地区自燃煤矸石,制作18根不同粗骨料取代率的方钢管自燃煤矸石混凝土柱并开展轴压试验,再进行取代率、含钢率设计参数变化对刚度、强度和延性3方面共6个轴压性能指标的参数分析、Spearman相关性分析和指标的回归分析。取代率100%较取代率0%的试件的弹性段刚度和极限应变分别提高了-23.36%和8.11%;含钢率为0.165的试件与含钢率为0.078的试件相比,其极限荷载、轴压刚度、强度系数和延性系数分别提高了23.17%、25.15%、-10.96%和16.95%;取代率从0%到100%,自燃煤矸石粗骨料与弹性段刚度、轴压刚度、延性系数和极限荷载的负相关系数分别为-0.84、-0.58、-0.53、-0.32,与试件的强度系数和极限应变的正相关系数分别为0.69和0.37;在《钢管混凝土结构技术规范》(GB50936—2014)基础上,对试件轴压承载力、极限应变和轴压刚度等6个轴压性能指标进行回归分析,计算误差均小于10%,本研究可为钢管自燃煤矸石混凝土柱的实际应用提供理论参考。This paper is proposed to investigate promoting application of solid waste spontaneous combustion coal gangue in construction engineering and exploring the axial compression performance of short concrete columns of square steel pipes with self-combustion gangue,according to the results of axial compression test of 18 spontaneous-combustion coal gangue concrete filled square steel tube short columns with coarse aggregate selected from spontaneous combustion coal gangue in Fuxin,Liaoning Province.The parameter analysis and Spearman correlation analysis of the design parameters on six axial compression performance indexes from three aspects of stiffness,strength and ductility were carried out.On this basis,the regression analysis of axial compression performance indexes was carried out.The results show that the changes of elastic segment stiffness and ultimate strain were-23.36%and 8.11%when the replacement rate was 100%compared with that of 0%.Compared with the specimens with a steel ratio of 0.078,the changes of ultimate load,axial compression stiffness,strength coefficient and ductility coefficient of the specimens with a steel ratio of 0.165 were 23.17%,25.15%,-10.96%and 16.95%.The negative correlation coefficients between the coarse aggregate of 0%to 100%substituted spontaneously combustible coal gangue and the stiffness,axial compressive stiffness,ductility coefficient and ultimate load of the elastic section were-0.84,-0.58,-0.53 and-0.32,respectively,and the positive correlation coefficients with the strength coefficient and ultimate strain of the specimen were 0.69 and 0.37,respectively.On the basis of GB50936—2014 standard,the calculation errors of the regression analysis of six axial compression performance indexes,such as ultimate load,ultimate strain and axial compression stiffness,are all less than 10%,which can be used as a reference for application of concrete columns.
