摘  要:为减少已建成船舶振动响应过大影响船员工作生活及船用设备仪器仪表等正常运行,在设计阶段对船舶振动性能进行预测,避免船舶局部振源频率与船舶主振动频率接近而导致船舶产生共振。以某内河甲板货船的振动特性为研究对象,采用能量法系统分析并计算了该船舶从首阶至七阶的总振动频率。研究结果表明:在设计阶段对船舶进行振动性能预报,在船舶建造之前对其局部振源固有频率进行精细调整,确保其与船舶主振动频率有足够的偏离,可避免船舶建成后发生明显的振动,保障船舶在各种运行状态下均能维持性能的稳定性和结构的完整性,同时可以节约大量的建造成本和工时,对提高船舶的技术经济性具有一定的参考价值。In order to reduce the impact of excessive vibration response on the work and life of the crew and the normal operation of Marine equipment and instruments,the vibration performance of the ship was predicted in the design stage to avoid the resonance of the ship caused by the local vibration source frequency of the ship being close to the main vibration frequency of the ship.To study the vibration characteristics of an inland deck cargo ship,the energy method was used to systematically analyze and calculate the total vibration frequency of the ship from the first order to the seventh order.The results show that the vibration performance of the ship is predicted in the design stage,and the natural frequency of its local vibration source is fine-adjusted before the ship is built to ensure that there is sufficient deviation from the main vibration frequency of the ship,avoid obvious vibration when the ship is built,and ensure that the ship can maintain stable performance and structural integrity under various operating conditions.At the same time,it can save a lot of construction costs and working hours,and has a certain reference value for improving the technical economy of the ship.
