摘　　要：为推进广州港智慧化目标实现,更好地支撑粤港澳大湾区发展,以广州港发展现状为基础,通过文献查阅、问卷调查等方式,对新时代信息技术在港口的应用进行梳理研究。基于港口基础设施设备等相关指标,构建了智慧港口评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法与模糊综合评价法,建立综合评价模型,对广州港智慧化程度进行系统评价。研究结果表明,广州港智慧化建设取得初步成效,但在技术创新应用、设施设备、物流服务、运营与管理等方面仍需进一步提升。依据指标评价模型结果,提出广州港创新发展、基础设施设备、物流服务、运营与管理建设的发展方向及重点建设内容,以智慧、安全、绿色为核心,推动广州港口高智慧发展,提高广州港智慧港口国际化水平,力争把广州港口打造成世界一流港口示范区。To advance the goal of Guangzhou Port s smart development and better support the growth of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,based on the current development status of Guangzhou Port,it was adopted methods of literature review and questionnaire survey to clarify the definition of a smart port.It identified the key technologies of smart ports,while systematically analyzing the application of new-generation information technologies in port operations.By selecting relevant indicators such as port infrastructure and equipment,a comprehensive evaluation index system for smart ports was constructed.The study integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)to develop an evaluation model,which was used to assess the smart development level of Guangzhou Port systematically.The results indicate that Guangzhou Port has achieved initial success in smart development but still requires improvements in areas such as technological innovation,infrastructure,logistics services,and operations management.Based on the evaluation findings,this study proposes development directions for building a smart port in Guangzhou,detailing key construction priorities.With a focus on intelligence,safety,and sustainability,the study aims to promote the high-level development of Guangzhou Port,enhance its international competitiveness,and establish it as a model for world-class port construction.
