摘　　要：目的探究负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)患者治疗中的应用及对溃疡面愈合时间、炎症因子水平及治疗满意度的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2024年2月邵阳县人民医院内分泌科收治的80例DFU患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B两组,每组40例。其中,A组采用常规清创换药治疗,B组在A组基础上加用VSD技术。比较两组治疗后总有效率、溃疡创面恢复情况、血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平以及治疗满意度。结果治疗后,B组治疗总有效率较A组高(P<0.05);治疗后,B组创面愈合时间、肉芽组织生长活跃天数较A组短,肉芽组织生长进度、肉芽组织覆盖率较A组高(P<0.05);治疗后,B组血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均较A组低(P<0.05);治疗后,B组治疗总满意率较A组高(P<0.05)。结论VSD技术用于DFU患者,可提高治疗后总有效率,减轻炎症反应,促进创面愈合,提高治疗满意度。Objective To explore application of negative pressure sealing drainage(VSD)for diabetes foot ulcer(DFU)patients and its effect on healing time of ulcer surface,level of inflammatory factors and treatment satisfaction degree.Methods The paper chose 80 DFU patients in endocrinology department of Shaoyang County People's Hospital from July 2021 to February 2024,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,group A and B,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine debridement and dressing change treatment,while group B with VSD technology based on group A.Total effective rate,ulcer wound recovery,serum inflammatory factor levels tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and treatment satisfaction degree were compared between two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,total effective rate of group B was 97.50%,higher than 75.00%in group A,(P<0.05).After treatment,wound healing time and active days of granulation tissue growth in group B were shorter than group A,granulation tissue growth progress and coverage rate was higher than group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP in group B were lower than group A(all P<0.05).After treatment,overall satisfaction degree of group B was 97.50%,higher than 72.50%in group A,(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD technology can improve overall effective rate of DFU patients after treatment,reduce inflammatory reactions,promote wound healing,and increase satisfaction degree with treatment.
