摘　　要：目的 运用meta分析的方法对补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普数据库、Web of Science、PubM ed,筛选有关补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的随机对照试验文献,采用Cochrane评分对纳入文献进行质量评价,使用RevM en 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果 共纳入11篇文献,总计1 223例中风后肢体功能障碍病例。meta分析结果显示,试验组的总有效率(OR=4.02,95%CI:2.88~5.63,Z=8.12,P<0.05)、Fugl-Meyer评估表评分(MD=7.99,95%CI:5.42~10.55,P<0.01)、美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分(MD=-3.30,95%CI:-4.24~-2.36,Z=6.87,P<0.000 01)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍对照其他治疗方法有一定的优势。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke by meta-analysis method.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCT)of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke were screened by searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,SinoMed,VIP database,Web of Science and PubMed.The quality of the included literature was evaluated by Cochrane score.RevMen 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 articles were included,with a total of 1223 cases of post-stroke limb dysfunction.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate(OR=4.02,95%CI:2.88-5.63,Z=8.12,P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer assessment score(MD=7.99,95%CI:5.42-10.55,P<0.01)and National Institutes of Health stroke scale score(MD=-3.30,95%CI:-4.24--2.36,Z=6.87,P<0.00001)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture has certain advantages compared with other treatment methods.
