摘　　要：目的 探讨健康教育护理在改善骨质疏松性骨折患者生活方式和生存质量中的作用。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月莆田学院附属医院医疗集团收治的72例骨质疏松性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照抽签方式分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。观察组在一般护理基础上给予健康教育护理,对照组给予一般护理。比较两组干预前后的生活方式及生存质量评分值。结果 干预后,观察组食物补钙计数高于对照组,而观察组饮酒及吸烟计数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育护理应用于骨质疏松性骨折患者中具有较高的临床价值,能够在改善生活方式的基础上提高生存质量,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the role of health education nursing in improving the lifestyle and survival quality of osteoporotic fracture patients.Methods A total of seventy-two patients with osteoporotic fracture admitted to the Affliated Hospital(group)of Putian University from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases)according to the drawing of lots,and health education nursing on the basis of general nursing care was given to the observation group and general nursing was given to the control group.The values of lifestyle and quality of life scores before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared.The values of lifestyle and quality of life scores before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the counts of food calcium supplementation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the counts of alcohol consumption and smoking in the observation group were lower those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervetion,the quality of survival score of the observation group was higher than the post-intervention data of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education nursing in osteoporotic fracture patients has high clinical value,can improve the quality of survival on the basis of improving lifestyle,and is worth applying and popularizing.
