乡村振兴视角下传统村落体检指标体系的构建与实证研究

摘　　要：传统村落体检是对其现代化进程中的各项指标进行评估,以便发现其发展过程中存在的问题。运用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法,从产业、生态、文化、人才、组织5个方面构建传统村落体检指标体系及其评价函数,在此基础上,以湖南省首批中国传统村落为例进行实证研究。结果表明:湖南省首批中国传统村落大部分处于发展较好状态;生态发展水平最好,组织和文化发展较好,产业发展水平不够高,人才发展问题最突出;村落绿化率、设施完善度、村规民约效力得分较高,而村民受教育程度、空心化程度得分较低。案例研究也证明了构建的传统村落体检指标体系的实用性与可行性,能较好地描述传统村落的发展状态。Traditional village physical examination is an evaluation of various indicators in its modernization process,in order to identify problems in its development process.This paper used a research method that combined theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to construct a traditional village health examination index system and its evaluation function from five aspects:industry,ecology,culture,talent,and organization.Based on this,empirical research was conducted using the first batch of traditional Chinese villages in Hunan Province as an example.The results showed that most of the first batch of traditional Chinese villages in Hunan Province were in a well-developed state;The ecological development level was the best,the organizational and cultural development was good,the industrial development level was not high enough,and the problem of talent development was the most prominent;The scores for village greening rate,facility completeness,and the effectiveness of village regulations were higher,while the scores for the education level and hollowing out degree of villagers were lower.The case study also proved the practicality and feasibility of the constructed traditional village physical examination index system,which could better describe the development status of traditional villages.
