数字经济对资源型城市绿色全要素生产率的影响研究

摘　　要：发挥数字经济的绿色驱动力,促进资源型城市绿色转型,对推动中国经济高质量发展具有重要意义。基于2012—2021年113个中国资源型城市的面板数据,采用SBM模型结合GML指数测量资源型城市的绿色全要素生产率,以及熵值法测度其数字经济发展水平,再运用多种计量模型探究数字经济对资源型城市绿色全要素生产率的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现:(1)数字经济对资源型城市绿色全要素生产率有显著提升作用,且经多重稳健性检验后结论依旧成立;(2)数字经济可通过推动产业结构升级,进而提升资源型城市绿色全要素生产率;(3)数字经济对不同类型资源型城市绿色全要素生产率的影响不同,其中,数字经济对成熟型和再生型城市的正向影响最显著,对成长型城市的影响则不显著,对衰退型城市的影响为负。因此,应持续推进数字经济发展,完善相关基础设施建设;优化升级产业结构,充分发挥其在数字经济引导资源型城市绿色全要素生产率提升中的重要作用;因地制宜制定差异化发展战略,助推资源型城市绿色高质量发展。Leveraging the green driving force of the digital economy and promoting the green transfomation of resource-based cities is of great significance for promoting high-quality development of the China′s economy.Based on the panel data of 113 resourcebased cities in China from 2012 to 2021,this article adopted the SBM model combined with the GML index to measure the green total factor productivity of resource-based cities,as well as the entropy method to measure the level of digital economic development.Then,it utilized various econometric models to explore the effect and mechanism of the digital economy on the green total factor productivity in resource-based regions.The results showed that:①The digital economy greatly enhanced the level of green total factor productivity in resource-based cities,and this conclusion remained robust after multiple robustness tests.②The digital economy can improve the green total factor productivity of resource-based cities by promoting industrial structure upgrading.③The influence of the digital economy on the green total factor productivity of different types of resource-based cities varied.Specifically,the positive impact of the digital economy was most significant on mature and regenerative cities,while the impact on growing cities was not significant,and on declining cities was negative.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously promote the development of the digital economy and digital infrastructure construction;Optimize industrial structure,and fully utilize its important role in guiding the enhancement of the green total factor productivity of resource-based urban area;Tailored development strategies should be formulated according to local conditions to promote the high-quality green development of resource-based cities.
