摘  要:邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)是聚合物产品中使用最广泛的增塑剂之一,和人们的生活息息相关。但由于其对环境以及人类健康的不利影响普遍存在,具有潜在的生殖毒性、内分泌干扰和致癌性,一些产品已被限制或淘汰,从而引起了新型环保增塑剂的开发热潮,其中环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯类增塑剂因性能优异、无毒无害而受到广泛关注,被认为是邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的更安全替代品。本文综述了环己烷-1,2-二羧酸酯中环己烷-1,2-二羧酸二异壬酯(DINCH)的合成方法,重点介绍了负载型单金属催化剂、负载型双金属催化剂、负载型多金属催化剂在催化加氢合成环保型增塑剂DINCH中的研究进展,为催化剂的研究方向提出了建议。Phthalic acid esters(PAEs),as one of the most extensively utilized plasticizers in polymer products,are intimately intertwined with our daily lives.However,due to the prevalence of their adverse effects on the environment and human health,including potential reproductive toxicity,endocrine disruption and carcinogenicity,certain products have been restricted or eliminated,which has led to a boom in the development of novel environmentally-friendly plasticizers.Cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate plasticizers,noted for their superior performance,non-toxicity and harmlessness,are widely regarded as safer alternatives to phthalate plasticizers.The synthesis method of diisopropyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate(DINCH)was summarized,with an emphasis on the research advancements of supported mono-metal catalysts,supported bimetallic catalysts and supported polymetallic catalysts in the catalytic hydrogenation for the synthesis of eco-friendly plasticizer DINCH,and suggestions were put forward for the research direction of catalysts.
