摘  要:为克服现有注塑用光固化涂料施工工序多、粘度大、易造成污染、剥离力不稳定、良品率低的问题。本文将对新型注塑用光固化涂料进行探讨,主要从树脂、单体、溶剂、流平剂、光引发剂等方面,探讨了注塑用光固化涂料的影响因素。通过实验确定树脂选用聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂搭配环氧丙烯酸树脂,其配比为6195-100:621A-80:BH-180=56:14:30,溶剂体系配比为乙酸乙酯∶醋酸丁酯:二丙酮醇=12:76:12,流平剂采用TEGO RAD2100,单体采用HDDA:TMPTA=9:10的配比,光引发剂采用1173:BP=4:1.9的配比。在350 mJ/cm^(2)的能量条件下固化,漆膜固化快,流平好,且固化后漆膜耐磨好、硬度高,不需要进行后续加硬处理,减少了加工工序,提升产品的良品率,降低生产成本,且涂层固化后,表面张力合适,可进行后续重涂修饰。此研究可为实际生产提供参考。To overcome the problems of multiple construction processes,high viscosity,easy pollution,unstable peeling force and low yield rate in existing injection-molding UV-curable coatings,a new type of injection-molding UV-curable coatings was explored,mainly from the aspects of resin,monomer,solvent,leveling agent,photoinitiator,etc,in order to explore the influencing factors of injection-molding UV-curable coatings.Through experiments,it was determined that polyurethane acrylic resin was used in combination with epoxy acrylic resin,with a ratio of 6195-100∶621A-80∶BH-180=56∶14∶30.The ratio of the solvent system was ethyl acetate∶butyl acetate∶diacetone alcohol=12∶76∶12,the leveling agent was TEGO RAD2100,the monomer was HDDA∶TMPTA=9∶10,and the photoinitiator was 1173∶BP=4∶1.9.Curing under an energy condition of 350 mJ/cm^(2),the paint film solidified quickly,flowed well,and had good wear resistance and high hardness after curing.It did not require subsequent hardening treatment,reduced processing steps,improved product yield,reduced production costs,and after coating curing,the surface tension was appropriate,allowing for subsequent re-coating and modification.This study can provide reference for actual production.
