摘  要:制备分子印迹电化学传感器并应用于尿样中盐酸二甲双胍的测定。以盐酸二甲双脈为模板分子,对氨基苯硫酚为功能单体,以纳米金颗粒为修饰材料,在pH=8的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钠溶液中,用循环伏安法修饰裸玻碳电极,电聚合形成用于检测盐酸二甲双胍的纳米金颗粒-对氨基苯硫酚分子印迹电化学传感器,并研究了该传感器检测时的洗脱和吸附条件,以及方法的分析性能。在0.2 mol/L NaOH溶液中,用方波伏安法测试在0.00 V左右出现了氧化峰,随着盐酸二甲双脈浓度的增加,氧化峰电流不断变大,质量浓度在0.025~0.25 mg/mL,范围为线性关系,检测限(3 S/N)为0.010 mg/L。该方法已用于测定尿样中盐酸二甲双胍的含量。用该分子印迹传感器检测盐酸二甲双胍性能好,方法简单,线性关系好,精密度好、准确度高。A molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was prepared and it was applied to the determination of metformin hydrochloride in urine.Using metformin hydrochloride as the template molecule,p-aminothiophenol as the functional monomer,and gold nanoparticles as the modification material,in a disodium hydrogen phosphate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution with pH=8,the bare glass carbon electrode was modified by cyclic voltammetry,and the gold nanoparticle-p-aminothiophenol molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for detecting metformin hydrochloride was formed.The elution and adsorption conditions during the detection of the sensor,as well as the analytical performance of the method,were studied.In 0.2 mol/L NaOH solution,an oxidation peak appeared at around 0.00 V using square wave voltammetry.With the increase of the concentration of metformin hydrochloride,the oxidation peak current continued to increase.The mass concentration was 0.025~0.25 mg/mL,and the range was linear.The limit of detection(3S/N)was 0.010 mg/L.The method was used to determine the content of metformin hydrochloride in urine.The molecular imprinted sensor had good performance for detecting metformin hydrochloride,simple method,good linearity,good precision and high accuracy.
