摘 要:针对高粘度的流化催化裂化(FCC)催化剂成胶釜物料,采用建模软件建立了成胶釜的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS FLUENT流体分析软件,通过多重参考系(Multiple Reference Frame,MRF)方法、k-epsilon湍流模型进行数值仿真,分析四斜叶开启涡轮式搅拌桨-四弯叶开启涡轮式搅拌桨-四弯叶开启涡轮式搅拌桨的搅拌结构作用下成胶釜(立式搅拌槽)内的等速度云图、速度矢量图、和速度图等流场分布特征。模拟结果表明:正常工况下,成胶釜内大部分区域的流速比较均匀、釜内流体循环效果好,混合效果总体较好;挡板的设置,有效的将周向流转换成轴向流,进一步增强了成胶釜中的流体混合。模拟结果为高粘度FCC催化剂成胶物料的混合特征研究提供指导,为FCC催化剂成胶釜的设计提供理论依据。For the high-viscosity material in the Fluid Catalytic Cracking(FCC)catalyst gelation kettle,a three-dimensional solid model of the gelation kettle was constructed using modeling software.The fluid analysis software ANSYS FLUENT was applied,employing the multiple reference frame(MRF)method and the k-epsilon turbulence model for numerical simulation.The flow field distribution characteristics such as isovelocity cloud,velocity vector and velocity diagrams in the gelation kettle(vertical mixing tank)under the stirring structure of four slanting blades open turbine stirring paddles-four curved blades open turbine stirring paddles-four curved blades open turbine stirring paddles were analyzed.Simulation results showed that under normal working conditions,the flow rate in most areas of the glue kettle was relatively uniform,the fluid circulation in the kettle was good,and the mixing effect was generally better,the setup of the baffle plate effectively converted the circumferential flow into axial flow,which further enhanced the mixing effect of the fluids in the glue kettle.The simulation results offered guidance for investigating the mixing characteristics of high-viscosity FCC catalyst gelation materials,providing a theoretical basis for the design of the FCC catalyst gelation kettle.
