摘　　要：中医药治疗肿瘤具有悠久历史,近年来众多学者聚焦于中药对肺癌防治作用的深入探讨。肺癌作为一种常见且严重的恶性肿瘤,其病机复杂多样,其中脾肾两虚兼痰凝是一种重要的病机类型,深入研究健脾益肾化痰法在肺癌治疗中的理论基础具有重要意义。本文综合分析健脾益肾化痰法在肺癌治疗中的理论基础、临床应用、实验研究及作用机制,深入探讨该方法在肺癌防治中的重要价值和应用前景,为肺癌的中医药辨证治疗提供更全面的认识和参考。Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the treatment of tumors has a long history,in recent years,many scholars have focused on deep exploration of preventive and therapeutic effects of Chinese materia medica on lung cancer.Lung cancer,as a common and serious malignant tumor,has a complex and diverse pathogenesis.Among them,spleen and kidney deficiency combined with phlegm coagulation is an important type of pathogenesis,it is of great significance to deeply study theoretical basis of invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney,and expelling phlegm method in the treatment of lung cancer.This article comprehensively analyzes theoretical basis,clinical application,experimental research,and action mechanism of invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney,and expelling phlegm method in the treatment of lung cancer,deeply explores important value and application prospects of this method in the prevention and treatment of lung cancer,and provides more comprehensive understanding and reference for traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.
