摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐综合灸对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)健康供者动员后症状群的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年5月至2023年11月在浙江省中医院进行造血干细胞捐献的86例健康供者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组43例,其中对照组失访1例,最终纳入对照组42例,观察组43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予火龙罐综合灸。比较两组干预前后疼痛相关症状群、病态感症状群及神经心理症状群各症状评分。结果干预后,两组疼痛相关症状群各症状评分均低于干预前,且观察组肌肉酸痛、腰酸/腰痛、骨/关节痛、入睡困难评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组干预前后口干、易醒、疲乏评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组疲乏、下肢无力评分及总分均低于干预前,观察组易醒评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组感到焦虑评分及总分均低于干预前,且观察组总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火龙罐综合灸能有效缓解HSCT健康供者因注射粒细胞集落刺激因子所带来的疼痛,也可减少焦虑情绪,提高健康供者睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effects of dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion on syndromes of healthy donor of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation after mobilization.Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted,86 healthy donors who donated hematopoietic stem cells at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases of each group,one case lost to follow-up in the control group.Finally,42 cases were included in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The symptom scores of pain related syndromes,pathological syndromes,and neuropsychological syndromes before and after intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,symptom scores of pain related syndromes in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and muscle soreness,soreness of loins/lumbago,bone/joint pain,and difficulty initiating sleep scores and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,fatigue score,lower limb weakness score and total score of the observation group were lower than before intervention,and easy awakening score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of dry mouth,easy awakening,and fatigue between the control group before and after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,anxiety scores and total scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,total score of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion can effectively relieve pain of healthy donors of hematopoietic stem cells due to the injection of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,as well as reduce anxiety,and improve the quality of sleep of healthy donors.
