摘　　要：目的:探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒,艾滋病病毒-1(Humanimmunodeficiency virus type-1,HIV-1)型艾滋病(Acquired Immure Deficiency Syndrome,AIDS)患者体内CD4+T淋巴细胞水平和艾滋病病毒载量的检测结果分析。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月-2022年12月于南通市疾病预防控制中心收治且确诊为阳性的1000例HIV-1/AIDS患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行CD4+T淋巴细胞测定。同时检测血浆中HIV-1RNA数量。结果:艾滋病患者男性占比高于女性,且文化程度越低占比越高,多见于35~50岁人群,占比约56.00%,主要传播途径为性传播,占比约72.00%。检验结果表明,随着治疗年份的增长,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数<200的占比呈现逐渐下降的趋势(χ^(2)=8.943,P值=0.031),而CD4+T淋巴细胞计数>350的占比则呈现逐渐上升的趋势(χ^(2)=10.902,P值=0.014)。检验结果表明,随着治疗年份的增长,病毒载量(拷贝/mL)<50的占比呈现逐渐上升的趋势(χ^(2)=17.974,P值<0.001),而病毒载量(拷贝/mL)>5000的占比则呈现逐渐下降的趋势(χ^(2)=17.362,P值<0.001)。结论:由治疗几年后CD4+T细胞水平和艾滋病病毒载量的检测结果可知院内艾滋病的治疗效果显著,但仍应加强艾滋病患者的检测。Objective:To investigate the Acquired Immure Deficiency Syndrome of Human immunodeficiency virus type-1(HIV-1).Analysis of CD4+T lymphocyte level and HIV viral load in patients with AIDS.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 1000 HIV-1/AIDS patients diagnosed as positive in Nantong Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to December 2022.CD4+T lymphocytes were detected in all patients.The amount of HIV-1 RNA in plasma was also measured.Results:The proportion of men with AIDS is higher than that of women,and the lower the education level,the higher the proportion.It is more common in people between 35 and 50 years old,accounting for about 56.00%.The main way of transmission is sexual transmission,accounting for about 72.00%.The test results showed that with the increase of treatment years,the proportion of CD4+T lymphocyte count<200 showed a gradually decreasing trend(χ^(2)=8.943,P=0.031),while the proportion of CD4+T lymphocyte count>350 showed a gradually increasing trend(χ^(2)=10.902,P=0.014)The test results showed that with the increase of treatment years,the proportion ofviral load(copy/ml)<50 showed a gradual increase(χ^(2)=17.974,P<0.001),while the proportion of viral load(copy/mL)>5000 showed a gradual decrease(χ^(2)=17.362,P<0.001).Conclusion:The results of CD4+T cell level and HIV viral load after several years of treatment show that the treatment effect of in-hospital AIDS is remarkable,but the detection of AIDS patients should be strengthened.
