摘 要:通过深入分析荒煤气压缩机的防喘振工况,针对荒煤气极易粘结和沉积而造成压缩机及配套设备的流道堵塞这一特点,研制出一种防卡阻防喘振阀。本文阐述了该阀的选型思路与结构设计,提出阀体采用小入口大出口的角形结构,以减少阀内流动死区,降低阀出口流速;阀内件采用刮污刀与防卡阻环的双重防卡阻结构设计。同时介绍了气动执行机构的选择以及控制附件的配置方案。该阀成功地通过了现场的应用,为荒煤气压缩机防喘振阀提供了具有一定参考价值的解决方案。Through in-depth analysis of the anti-surge conditions of the raw gas compressor,an anti-blocking and anti-surge valve was developed for the characteristics of the blockage of the flow channel of the compressor and supporting equipment caused by the easy adhesion and deposition of the raw gas.This paper expounds the selection idea and structural design of the valve,and puts forward that the valve body adopts the angular structure of small inlet and large outlet to reduce the flow dead zone in the valve and reduce the flow rate of the valve outlet.The internals of the valve are designed with the double anti-jamming structure of the scraper and the anti-jamming ring.At the same time,the selection of pneumatic actuators and the configuration of control accessories are introduced.The valve has successfully passed the field application,which provides a solution with certain reference value for the anti-surge valve of raw gas compressor.
