摘　　要：撑开补偿式球阀是为了满足有毒有害工况和工作环境的高质量需求而研发的一种自动补偿式密封阀门,在研发过程中,综合考虑了阀门的轻扭矩设计、高密封性能、快速启闭,以及磨损后的自动补偿功能。本文着重介绍了一种撑开补偿式球阀的安全性设计与结构分析,使其在苛刻工况环境中的质量和安全得到保障。撑开补偿式球阀经过设计升级后的使用效果更佳优越,深受用户认可,为有毒有害介质工况提供一种更高要求的安全耐用阀门。The self-expanding compensation ball valve is an automatic compensation sealing valve developed to meet the high-quality requirements of toxic and harmful working conditions and working environment.In the development process,the valve's light torque design,high sealing performance,fast opening and closing,and automatic compensation function after wear are comprehensively considered.This paper focuses on the safety design and structural analysis of a spread compensation ball valve,so that its quality and safety in harsh working conditions can be guaranteed.The use effect of the expanded compensation ball valve after design upgrade is better and superior,which is recognized by users and provides a safe and durable valve with higher requirements for the working conditions of toxic and harmful media.
